Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing team in the Boca Raton, Florida market.
This onsite Weekend Warrior opportunity is ideal for providers seeking a consistent schedule consisting of two 12-hour shifts every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) providing inpatient psychiatric rounding in a collaborative hospital environment.
Whether you're looking to supplement your current practice or simply prefer a weekend schedule, this role offers flexibility, excellent clinical support, and the opportunity to join one of the Southeast's fastest growing physician-led psychiatry organizations.
Schedule
- Every Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
- Perform weekend inpatient psychiatric rounding
- Assess, diagnose, and manage psychiatric conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and hospital leadership
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing exceptional behavioral healthcare
