
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Columbia, TN

Role Overview
- Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Columbia, Centerville, Pulaski, Mt. Pleasant, Lawrenceburg, and Spring Hill, Tennessee
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated compensation range of $148,204 - $175,845 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- Six months of experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
