• Specific Details for Assignment: Locums must reside greater than 50 miles from site and have 2+ years of experience
• Length of Contract: 6 - 12 month contract with option to Extend
• Schedule: Full-time only, (5) 8s, (4)10s, or (3)12s M-F - Must be available to cover at one of the ASCs (1) shift per week
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: General surgery, ortho, GYN, Urology and Vascular. No regional or block skills needed; 18+ only - No Peds
• Facility: Large 600 Bed Hospital - Level 3 Trauma & (3) ASCs
• Model: Medical Direction

• Credentialing: 60-90 Days
