• Specific Details for Assignment: CRNAs can do their own nerve blocks! Practice model is a mix of supervision and independent. Must reside outside the state of Florida & have less than 5 affiliations
• Length of Contract: Ongoing
• Schedule: (3) 12s, non-consecutive or (4) 10s, Monday-Friday - full-time - Must be able to work Mondays or Fridays or both
40 hour per week
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Call, one weekend per month
• Cases: Gen. Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics, OB (C-Sections required, epidural skills helpful but NOT Required) Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma
• OB: Yes
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
• Facility: 248 beds - 18 ORs

• Credentialing: 60 with FL license & clean file
