Local Team Collaboration:

We believe in local, site-led leadership.
Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting full scope of practice for all members.
5 physician and 18 CRNA model.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide peri and post-operative care for a level II trauma center covering general, ortho, cardiac, vascular, neuro and OB/GYN services.
Interested in CV? We will train for the CV team or join the CV team with an additional stipend for backup CV call.

Scheduling:

*NEW* 26-week schedule offering.
1 week on / 1 week off working a 1.05.
Will have a set schedule of (3) 12s, (2) 10s, (2) 8s in the week.

Qualifications:

NBCRNA certified (or to be certified if a student).
Active FL license.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Rewards and Compensation:

W2 yearly compensation - $279,269.23
1099 available if needed.
Signing bonus.
CME funds.
