• Specific Details for Assignment: 2 years experience with one year in a high acuity hospital. Must have an Active TN license
• Length of Contract: 6 months with the option to extend.
• Schedule: Must be flexible on types of shifts 13s, 12s, 11/9s hybrid, 10s, for minimum of 36 hr/wk
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: Ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB.
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
