Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 21 full-time physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider at St. Bernardine's in San Bernardino.
Work alongside specialized team members.

Qualifications:

Acute Care trained nurse practitioners are accepted. Family trained is accepted with hospitalist experience. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification. Candidates with hospital medicine experience are preferred.
Completion of training, board certification, and unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

Monday-Friday swing schedule is 2 pm-10 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
This is an admission and cross-coverage position.
The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

Rewards and Compensation:

Full-time annual compensation for the swing shift is $165k.
