We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide inpatient medical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Perform daily inpatient medical rounds in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, specialists, and family members.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that promotes positive clinical outcomes and reduced hospital readmissions.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
- DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in Skilled Nursing, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, or Post-Acute Care preferred.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
