Exciting Opportunity for NE Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska, for a 100% outpatient role in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).

This is a Monday-Friday position with no call, treating both children and adults, with a primary focus on patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. It's a really nice blend of meaningful work, a supportive team, and a predictable schedule.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Type: Full-Time, Outpatient (M-F)

Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience, plus bonus structure

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes.

Requirements
• Board Certified PMHNP.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska.
• NE DEA required or the ability to obtain.
• Experience with patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities preferred.
