About the Job

Locum Nurse Practitioner (RNFA) or Physician Assistant - Gynecology Surgery (First Assist)

Pay: $90-$120/hour

• Assignment Length: 6 months.
• Setting: Inpatient Operating Room.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day shifts.
• Call: None.
• Volume: 2-6 surgeries per day.
• EMR: Cerner/Oracle.
• Patient Population: Adult.
• Supervision: Works alongside the operating surgeon (not autonomous).
• Procedures: Robotic gynecological surgery first assist.
• Credentialing: Approximately 2-3 months.
• Travel: Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• First Assist Certification with robotic surgery experience.
• Active New Jersey license (must already be active).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN certifications (AHA).
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of submission.
• New graduates will not be considered.
