Opportunity Details:

Bellin Health System, Inc. located in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our growing Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Team.

Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), M-F clinic 8am - 4:15pm

Practice Details:

• Full time practice - clinic hours are 8 am to 4:15 pm
• Team consists of 4 APC's and 3 physicians
• Time will be spent in clinic, rounding on inpatient, assisting in surgery and taking call
• Average number of patients seen per day: 16-22
• Call rotation during the week is in 2-day to 1- day increments (7 am to 7 am the following day)
• Weekend call rotation is every 5th weekend and starts on Friday and continues until 7 am on Monday
• No outreach; telemed visits with patients that reside in the northern region

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required, WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification required; or WI Physician Assistant license required.
• Cardiac experience is preferred
