McLeod Women's Care Clarendon is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our community of dedicated providers!
***Experienced candidates preferred, but will consider a new graduate***
Qualifications /Training:
- 1 to 3 years related work experience.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
- Certified Nurse Midwife degree required.
- BLS
Job Description:
- Job Responsibilities include those listed in competencies document.
- Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
- Assess the needs of patients based on data collected by reviewing electronic medical records, and clinical support staff.
- Records physical findings and formulates care plan.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs.
- Provide hospital call coverage for OB.
- Maintains professional clinical knowledge for licensure and completes required training according to deadline.
