Ally Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys the fast pace and variety of inpatient consult-liaison psychiatry while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
In this full-time position, you will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning for patients admitted to the medical hospital who require behavioral health services.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, 7o7o Schedule
- Inpatient consult-liaison psychiatry
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, hospitalists, nursing staff, and case management teams
- Perform psychiatric assessments and medication management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with care coordination and discharge planning

Requirements
• Board Certified PMHNPs (PMHNP-BC)
• Certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) with CAQ-Psych or psychiatric experience
• Experienced inpatient psychiatric providers
• New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience
• Comfortable working in hospital-based settings
• Passionate about treating adults with acute psychiatric conditions
• Team-oriented and patient-focused
Salary Description
$125,000 + annually based on experience
