Women's Health Nurse Practitioner- Outpatient Only - no Weekends or Call-$5,000 Sign on Bonus

HealthPoint is now hiring for a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. This position will be Monday-Friday with no on on call responsibilities.

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed and Friday 8:30-5, Thursday 10:30am-7pm

Base Salary: $102,000 to $107,000, based on experience.

Monthly bonus potential: $3,000+ in addition to annual quality bonus potential of $23,000

Paid Time Off: 30 days of PTO per year

Holidays: 9 paid Holidays and your Birthday as a paid day off

Years of Service Award: Continuous Years of Service bonus. Starting at year 2 with $4,500 with progressive increases.

401k Plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately.

Health/Dental/Vision: Organization pays a portion of all. Health options included PPO and HSA plan options.

Group Term Life Insurance: Company paid $80,000 benefit; option for additional employee paid voluntary coverage

Long Term Disability: Option available - employee paid

Extended Illness Paid Time: Accrued extended illness time up to 8 weeks.

Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility
