W-2 Full-Time CRNA - Weatherford, Texas

Looking for a talented and engaged CRNA to join an emerging National Practice Management company in Weatherford, TX. Our continued growth has created the need for an additional number of CRNAs to practice in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area.

This will mostly involve contracted facility work in a Hospital setting with call responsibilities, but there are ASC setting opportunities. Generous benefits package, including:

• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Salary to commensurate with experience but will range from $270k to $320k Total Compensation, based on experience, plus opportunities to earn additional pay through call and extra work incentive pay. CRNA taking equal share of call and extra work incentive can make up to additional $20k -$25k per year.
• Total package- pay plus benefits, of >$320k+ per year.

Position Details:

• 5 ORs, 2 GI labs, OB suites for Hospital
• Call 1:8 Weekdays and 1:8 Weekends
• Cases covering:
  • Heavy Regional for Ortho
  • Spine
  • OB epidurals
  • GI / Endo
  • ENT
  • General
  • No major Cardiovascular

Must have (or be in process of getting) your NBCRNA Certification, Texas license, ACLS Card, and PALS Card.
