Primary Hub: Flexible / Home Office Assigned Near Your Location (Servicing 7 Regional Clinics)
Salary: $93,000 - $114,500
Adagio Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization operating across seven clinical sites in northwest and southwest Pennsylvania. We are seeking a flexible, high-impact Traveling Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to deliver compassionate, mission-driven care across our regional network.
In this dynamic role, you will be based at a primary home clinic close to your home location, traveling to support our seven regional sites as needed. You'll bring vital clinical expertise to diverse communities-meeting women's health and family planning needs where support is needed most.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Travel regionally as scheduled to provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services across assigned Adagio Health clinics.
- Conduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans utilizing UpToDate and other clinical resources.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within your full scope of practice.
- Perform clinical procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services.
- Collaborate with site-specific physicians, MAs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options tailored to community needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking across clinical locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).
- Master's (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree (required).
- Certification in a relevant specialty area, such as FNP or WHNP (required).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training are welcome to apply.
- Strong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly throughout the regional network (required).
