• Base Pay: $60 to $90 per hour (depending on experience)

How You'll Make an Impact

• Evaluate and diagnose: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients across the lifespan, in person or via telehealth
• Treat and manage: Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitor effectiveness, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Educate and advocate: Provide psychoeducation and advocate for each patient's mental health needs
• Deliver telehealth well: Maintain privacy, clear communication, and quality of care across virtual visits
• Improve the clinic: Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and efficiency

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization
• Active New York State NP license
• Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and experience using EMR systems
• DEA registration preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NYS Infection Control training
• Preferred: 1+ year experience as a Psychiatric NP; bilingual English/Spanish
• New graduates and newly certified Psychiatric NPs are welcome to apply
