We are a team of over 200 passionate professionals committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care close to home. We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our outpatient healthcare clinic.

In this role, you will provide essential outpatient behavioral health care in a rural setting. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to behavioral health services in an underserved area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients of all ages.
  • Developing and managing individualized treatment plans, to include medication management and brief therapy interventions.
  • Providing culturally sensitive care that addresses social determinants of health common in rural populations.
  • Coordinating care with other local primary care and specialist providers, telehealth specialists, and community organizations.
  • Utilization of telepsychiatry and mobile health technologies to reach patients with transportation or accessibility challenges.
  • Participating in community outreach and education to promote a healthy population.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • ARNP with an unrestricted Washington State License
  • Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Minimum of one year of independent psychiatric clinical practice
  • Current BLS certification
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles, substance use disorders and crisis stabilization
