Role Overview

  • Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
  • No nights or weekends
  • Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
  • Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
  • Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
  • Coverage area includes Dallas, Kennedale, Gainesville, Pilot Point, and Irving, Texas

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated compensation range of $153,046 - $181,655 annually with no cap on productivity income
  • Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
  • Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Texas state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
  • Active DEA or willingness to obtain
  • 6-months experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
  • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
