PRN Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Valley Professionals Community Health Center is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Clinton location. This role would mostly help to cover our After Hours clinic (5pm-8pm) and Saturday clinic (9am-1pm).

Job duties:

This person would be responsible for providing acute care, routine medical care and chronic care for VPCHC patients in line with the VPCHC mission. The Nurse Practitioner will work in an integrated model alongside nurse practitioners, physicians, family medicine residents, and behavioral health providers.

Requirements:

Current IN Licensure

Previous NP/PA experience preferred
