Job Description:
Pucillo Family Practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established, physician-owned outpatient practice in Sugar Land, TX.
We are a patient-centered private practice known for our collaborative team environment and longstanding commitment to high-quality primary care.
Position Highlights:
- Established team of 2 physicians and 5 APPs
- 100% outpatient family medicine for patients of all ages
- Full-time schedule - ideally four 10-hour days (no nights or weekends)
- Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical and administrative team
- On-site services including X-ray, allergy testing, advanced diagnostics, and more
- Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, hormone therapy, or other areas of clinical interest
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive base salary + bonus potential

Qualifications:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of primary care experience preferred
