We are currently working with a growing, non-profit healthcare organization serving Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area. Our client is committed to providing high-quality care to underserved communities, with a focus on Primary Care, HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, and Behavioral Health.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115,000-$135,000, depending on experience
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

• Office closed during the last 2 weeks of the year

• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• No on-call

Responsibilities

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday once every 3 months
• Fully onsite, outpatient position
• Provide comprehensive Primary Care and HIV-focused services to new and established patients
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications within the authorized scope of practice
• Serve as the sole onsite provider in certain clinic settings, with appropriate physician supervision and organizational support
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Tebra EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs
• Support the organization's mission of inclusive, high-quality patient care
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered Florida Physician Assistant license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Primary Care and/or HIV care experience preferred
• New graduates considered
• Ability to work onsite in an outpatient clinic setting
