Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and building long-term relationships with patients and families.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Perform preventive, routine, and problem-focused evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing care management
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
- Provide preventive health education, counseling, and screening
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the care team
- Promote continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Support the continued growth and development of the primary care practice
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current NP or PA certification and South Carolina licensure/eligibility
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related primary care experience preferred
- New graduate candidates with strong clinical training may be considered
- BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
