Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Job Description:
White Oak Medical Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in Houston, TX (Greater Heights).
We are a physician-owned private practice defined by clinical autonomy and a deep-rooted commitment to the community. Our culture empowers our APPs to practice at the top of their license within a highly supportive, collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:
- Established team of 2 physicians and 3 PAs
- 100% outpatient adult primary care (ages 18+)
- Flexible full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends
- 15-18 patients per day + built-in admin time
- Optimized workflow includingAmbient AI Scribe
- Strong support from a highlytenured clinical and administrative team
- Houston's Greater Heights location

Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of primary care or women's health experience preferred
