General Physician, P.C. (GPPC), part of Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing group.

Job Description
- Providing care in outpatient setting to patients
- Making appropriate internal and external referrals
- Documenting care promptly and following charting protocols
- Ensuring appropriate follow-up for ordered care, including referrals and test results
- Maintaining familiarity with clinical guidelines
Education And Experience
Successful completion of an approved program for Physician Assistants. Registered in New York State as a Physician Assistant or possesses a limited work permit. Ability to practice excellent customer relation. Maintains continuing education as required for registration
