Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This physician will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions, while supporting our mission, values, and commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Medical Decision-Making

  • Provide care consistent with established standards of practice for Otolaryngology, tailoring care plans to individual patient needs.
  • Direct patient disposition, follow-up care, and long-term treatment planning.
  • Perform approved surgical procedures in accordance with Medical Staff Privileges.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across specialties to deliver a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation for quality care, compliance, and coding requirements.

Performance & Quality

  • Promote high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent communication, empathy, and service.
  • Identify and implement efficient clinical workflows, with a focus on sound medical decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols related to patient management.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Foster positive, respectful working relationships with physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
  • Work closely with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, LPNs, RTs, EMTs, and other departmental partners.

Position Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Active (or eligible) medical license in state of Oregon
