Join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our busy and well-established general ENT practice.
This role includes outpatient clinic care with optional OR first assist opportunities for candidates interested in procedural support. We offer a predictable schedule with no nights or weekends, making this an appealing role for advanced practice clinicians seeking strong work-life balance.
Our team currently includes 4 ENT physicians, 1 PA, and 5 audiologists who collaborate closely to provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to a diverse patient population. ENT experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with strong interest in the specialty.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $148,678.40 - $177,819.20 (based on 1.0 FTE)

Requirements
- Required: Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)
- Required: Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during the credentialing process
- Required: Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
- Preferred: ENT experience (willing to train the right candidate)
