Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team inthe West Region of Indiana.

Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • 36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
  • Rotating weekends and holidays
  • Clinic hours are 8am-8pm
  • No call
  • 100% outpatient
  • Ages 3 months and up
  • Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
  • Covers 3 clinic locations: West Side Lafayette Urgent Care, South Side Lafayette Urgent Care, and occasionally the Monticello Walk-In Clinic

Qualifications:

  • FNP or PA certification required
  • At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
  • Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
