We are working with an established, physician-led multispecialty medical group expanding its primary care services into the Panama City Beach area in 2027. The group is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join its growing team. This opportunity offers a supportive outpatient practice environment, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to be part of a growing healthcare organization along Florida's Emerald Coast.

• Multiple Nurse Practitioner openings throughout the Panama City Beach area
• New outpatient primary care clinics opening in 2027
• First location anticipated to open in April 2027, with additional locations opening throughout the year
• Full-spectrum primary care treating pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Established multispecialty medical group with access to specialty providers
• Average patient volume of approximately 22-25 patients per day
• Collaborative clinical environment with physician and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average annual compensation of approximately $175,000 with a $120,000 guarantee

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience
• Active Florida APRN license or ability to obtain
• Experience providing outpatient primary care
• Strong communication and patient care skills
