Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
- Evaluate and diagnose acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging procedures.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Perform office-based procedures and treatments within scope of practice and competency.
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD, and other common conditions.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
- Encourage healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention strategies.
- Coordinate care transitions and referrals to specialists, ancillary services, and community resources.
- Facilitate continuity of care through ongoing patient monitoring and communication.

Education and Experiences Required
- Master's Degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- State of FL ARNP Licensure
