What You'll Do
You'll provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including:
- Preventive care, annual physicals, and wellness visits
- Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Medication management and individualized care plans
- Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic testing
- Patient education and disease management
- Coordinating referrals and specialty care
- Accurate EMR documentation
- Collaboration with physicians and other members of the care team
What We're Looking For
- Licensed NP or PA in good standing
- Primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- A patient-first approach to care
- Someone who enjoys practicing medicine while building lasting relationships with their patients
