Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients
• Manage pain effectively through appropriate treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers in case management
• Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in medical records
• Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options

Qualifications
• Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement
• Possession of current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with state licensure for practice is essential
• Demonstrated experience in the field of Neurology is a prerequisite for this role
• Proficient in diagnostic evaluation and adept in case management practices
• Skilled in medical documentation and familiar with electronic health records (EHR) is necessary
• Excellent communication abilities are needed for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Must have the flexibility to work varying hours to meet the demands of patient care
• Botox/Trigger Point Injections are a Plus
