Overview of Job Duties...
• Care for patients with common acute injuries and/or conditions.
• Occupational Medicine services, including workman's comp, CDL/DOT physicals, pre-employment/fitness for duty and physical exams.
• Work collaboratively with a team of advanced practitioners.
• Prescribe appropriate medications.

• Hours: Per-diem, two 10-hour shifts per week + vacation coverage
Requirements...
• Unrestricted Oregon NP or PA licensure
• Unrestricted DEA
• Experience Preferred
