We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced and supportive Emergency Medicine team at IU Health West Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Rotating
  • 138 hours per month; quarterly scheduling allowing for flexibility month-to-month
  • Weekend and holiday rotation- 2--4 weekend shifts a month
  • No call
  • 100% outpatient- ED and Observation Unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently in different areas of the Emergency Department including the main ED and observation unit.
  • Provide acute care for all patient types; focused on lower acuity patients with potential collaborative care on higher acuity cases
  • Perform bedside ER procedures

Qualifications:

  • FNP or PA certifications required
  • Emergency Medicine APP experience required
