A well-established outpatient surgery practice in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment with a Monday through Friday schedule and an outstanding work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient position.
• Monday through Friday.
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• No nights, weekends, or hospital call.
• Supportive physicians and clinical staff.
• Excellent training and mentorship for new graduates.

Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible to obtain a Texas Nurse Practitioner license.
• Prefer bilingual / Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Interest in outpatient surgical care.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• $130,000-$150,000 first-year salary, based on experience.
