To provide assessment and treatment of patients in the acute and non-acute setting under the supervision of the Practice physician.
Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of a school of Advanced Nursing Practice</li>
</ul>
Previous Experience:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in patient care setting preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable regarding the physician extender process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.</li>
</ul>
Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.:
<ul>
<li>Valid license with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing Advanced Practice</li>
</ul>
