St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly collegial, patient-focused Family Medicine team in Fruitland, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about serving rural communities and practicing team-based, relationship-driven care. We welcome new graduates and also value experienced providers.

• 4-day work week supporting work-life balance
• Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
