NP Baltimore - IEP Coordinator
The Children's Guild is growing, and we're looking for an experienced IEP Coordinator who knows that a strong IEP is more than paperwork-it's a roadmap for student success.

What You'll Do
- Lead IEP development, meetings, reviews, assessments, records, and timelines.
- Maintain strong state and federal special education compliance and audit readiness.
- Partner with educators and leadership on accommodations, instructional supports, data, and student placement.
- Support families and train staff throughout the special education process.
- Oversee IEP-required accommodations for state testing.
What You Bring
- A Master's degree, Special Education teaching certificate, and 3+ years of teaching and IEP Team experience. Advanced certification is preferred.
