The Children's Guild is growing, and we're looking for an experienced IEP Coordinator who knows that a strong IEP is more than paperwork-it's a roadmap for student success.

For more than 70 years, The Children's Guild has supported children, families, and communities through education, special education, behavioral health, and family-centered services. We're growing-and looking for professionals who want their expertise to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead IEP development, meetings, reviews, assessments, records, and timelines.
  • Maintain strong state and federal special education compliance and audit readiness.
  • Partner with educators and leadership on accommodations, instructional supports, data, and student placement.
  • Support families and train staff throughout the special education process.
  • Oversee IEP-required accommodations for state testing.

What You Bring

  • A Master's degree, Special Education teaching certificate, and 3+ years of teaching and IEP Team experience. Advanced certification is preferred.
