Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)

Milwaukee Nephrologists is a private practice serving the greater Milwaukee area. We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) that will help us deliver comprehensive patient care in both outpatient clinic and inpatient settings. Working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team, the APP evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and manages patients with acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions while promoting quality, safety, and continuity of care. Approximate hours 7:30am-4:30pm M-F, no holidays, no weekends.
