Compass Palliative Care is seeking an outstanding Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience and/or interest in palliative care and pain management to provide mobile services to patients in the Athens, Georgia area.
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling based on patient needs and provider availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Assess and evaluate patients</li>
<li>Provide palliative and pain management care</li>
<li>Develop and manage treatment plans</li>
<li>Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate</li>
<li>Provide patient and family education</li>
<li>Document findings, treatment, and follow-up care</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active Georgia NP or PA license</li>
<li>Active DEA registration</li>
<li>Palliative care, pain management, hospice, or related experience preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
Pay: $60.00 per hour Job Type: PRN
