Job Description

Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing wellness-focused practice in Portland, Maine.

This role focuses on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, preventative medicine, sexual wellness, and longevity care. Providers will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, review laboratory results, monitor progress, and help patients achieve long-term health and wellness goals.

This position offers the opportunity to practice in a wellness-driven environment where patient education, relationship-building, and preventative care are prioritized.

Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits Review and interpret laboratory testing Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage hormone optimization therapies Manage medical weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 medications Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress Build strong long-term patient relationships Compensation & Benefits $70-$80/hour Performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision benefits 32-hour workweek No evenings No weekends No call responsibilities Hybrid flexibility after onboarding
