• Specific Details for Assignment: ONE TIME COMPLETION BONUS (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks)
• Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to Extend
• Schedule: 8s, Monday - Friday
Opportunity to make overtime pay if willing to stay past 3:30pm
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: General and colorectal, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions - No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts, no peds
• OB: Yes
• Facility: 104-bed acute care community hospital : 5 ORs - 4 MDs & 3 CRNAs
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Paper
• Credentialing: 30-60 days with CT license, 60-120 days if no CT license
