CRNA Locum Job in Phoenix, Arizona • Specific Details for Assignment: 1+ yrs current OB exp; Level 1 trauma exp preferred • Length of Contract: 4 - 6 months with the option to extend • Schedule: Full-time; 10 &amp; 12-hour shifts (7A-7P or 7P-7A) - 3-4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 3 weeks and 3 shifts/week; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired. • Call, Nights and Weekends: 3-6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR. • Cases: General, Trauma, Pediatrics, Neuro Head Cases, OB; Must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases • OB: Yes • Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center, 449 Beds • Model: Supervision • Charting: Epic • Credentialing: 6 weeks with AZ license; 3 months non-licensed
