• Length of Contract: Holiday Coverage, Start/End: 12/1/2026 - 1/10/2027
• Schedule: 2x8s and 2x12s M-F or PRN 2-3 shifts per week 8s/10s/12s
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: B&B, General, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, GI, No Trauma, No Peds, No OB
• Facility: 44 ORs, 728 beds + (2) Area Hospitals
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: EPIC
• Credentialing: 60 days
