• Specific Details for Assignment: Minimum of 3 years experience required & DEA
• Length of Contract: 4 - 12 Month Contract with possible extension
• Schedule: FT or PRN; 10s, 12, or 16s, Monday - Friday
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: General, Ortho, Healthy Peds, Podiatry, surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, GYN, urology, vascular (open and in cath lab) . No complicated brain, no thoracic, no open heart, not complicated OB.
• OB: Yes
• Facility: 220 Bed - Practice Model 3:1
• Model: Medical Direction
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 - 120 Days
