• Specific Details for Assignment: 2+ years of level 2 trauma exp is a must - Float at nearby smaller hospital and ASC
• Length of Contract: 6 - 12 month contract with option to Extend
• Schedule: Full-Time; Flexible to work 8s, 10s, & 12s - 40-60 hours/week
• Call, Nights and Weekends: 1 call shift per 8 week schedule; either 7p-7a or weekend call 7a-3p
• Cases: Heavy OB, EP, Vascular, Peds preferred, Lungs, ENT, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT,; OB and Thoracic experience is a must
CRNAs do own spinals and epidurals. No Blocks
• OB: Yes
• Facility: Level 2 Trauma + Attached ASC
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 - 120 days
