CRNA Locum Job in Fort Worth, Texas
• Specific Details for Assignment: 2 years experience required. Spinals/epidurals not required
• Length of Contract: 6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: 5x8 or 2x8 & 2x12. Weekends not mandatory but is option is provider is interested (8s or 10s)
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Weekends optional
• Cases: Wide Variety of Level 1 Cases, No OB
• Facility: Large 720 Bed hospital, Level 1 Trauma - 14 ORs
• Model: Medical Direction
• Charting: EPIC
• Credentialing: 60 days with a clean file
