CRNA Locum Job in Fort Wayne, Indiana • Specific Details for Assignment: CRNAs perform spinals, epidurals, blocks, 360 bed, level 2 Hospital • Length of Contract: 4 - 6 month contract with option to extend • Schedule: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. GWW 40 hr.
