• Specific Details for Assignment: 230 bed Hospital
• Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to Extend
• Schedule: 8s or 10s, Monday - Friday
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Required second call with beeper 1-2 times a week and occasional 24 hour in house call
• Cases: General, Ortho, OB, B&B, No neuro, minimal pediatrics. GI, EP and IR
• OB: Yes
• Facility: 9 ORs, 2 Cardiac, 2 OB, also GI, EP & IR suites
• Model: Care Team
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: 6-8 weeks
