• Specific Details for Assignment: Must hold an Active NY License
• Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 - hour shifts
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Required Beeper Call - (1) Weeknight/Week & (1) Weekend/Month - CRNA only
• Cases: General, Endo, Ortho, very little OB & Peds; CRNAs perform spinals, epidurals, and blocks
• OB: Yes
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
• Facility: Nice Small hospital - 65 beds and 3 ORs and Endo
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: Temporary Privileges available; 45 days
